Label Ceres has a 4 days exchange policy in case of any size issue, defect/ wrong product/ damaged product. Please note that for every item, size exchange is possible once only.
For any size-related issues - You can place a request for a different size of the same product. No additional charges are applied.
If any defect/wrong product/damaged product - You can place a request for the same product, same size. No additional charges are applied.
The product to be exchanged must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all the tags and packaging intact. Any product that is altered, soiled, or damaged (and has not been reported within 72 hours of delivery) will be considered unacceptable for a return. The returned product will be inspected at our facility before initiating an exchange.
Once your return is approved and processed, the refund amount will be automatically credited to the original payment method used for placing the order. If you prefer, you can opt to receive the refunded amount in the form of a coupon code, which can be used for future purchases on our website. The coupon code will be issued for the same value as your returned order and will be valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

1. It takes 1-2 working days to dispatch the order and New articles under fresh arrivals takes 4-5 days to dispatch.
2. COD orders will only dispatch after the confirmation from the customer.
3. It usually takes 4-6 working days (Domestic) and 7-8 (International) working days to deliver the order.
