Exchanges are absolutely free.
For returns, we offer two refund options: Store Credit, which is entirely free and provides the full refund amount, and Bank Account Transfer, which incurs a Rs 150 deduction for each return placed. Please choose the option that best suits your preferences.

Exchange Policy

Label Ceres. has a 4 days exchange policy in case of any size issue, defect/ wrong product/ damaged product. Please note that for every item, size exchange is possible once only.
For any size-related issues - You can place a request for a different size of the same product. No additional charges are applied.
If any defect/wrong product/damaged product - You can place a request for the same product, same size. No additional charges are applied.
The product to be exchanged must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all the tags and packaging intact. Any product that is altered, soiled, or damaged (and has not been reported within 72 hours of delivery) will be considered unacceptable for a return. The returned product will be inspected at our facility before initiating an exchange.

Label Ceres has a no questions asked 4 days return policy.  
The product to be returned must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all the tags and packaging intact. Any product that is altered, soiled, or damaged (and has not been reported within 72 hours of delivery) will be considered unacceptable for a return. The returned product will be inspected at our facility before initiating a refund.
Once approved, you will receive the funds as store credit or in your bank account/credit card/wallet, based on the mode you select while placing the return. within 1-2 working days. The store credit CODE will be sent to your email address.
